AGNI-3S
A non-combustible fire-retardant composition for sealing cable penetration points through enclosing structures with regulated fire-retardant limits, preventing the spread of combustion into adjacent areas within the specified time frame.
The fire-retardant composition AGNI-3S complies with the requirements of GOST-R 53310-2009 "Cable passages, sealed entries, and busway openings" and provides a fire-retardant rating from IET45 to IET240.
AGNI-2S
The composition AGNI-2S, one of the stages of AGNI-3S, is designed for the fire protection of electrical cables to enhance their fire-retardant characteristics and limit the spread of combustion. It is also used for the fire protection treatment of materials to improve their fire-retardant characteristics and the production of fire-retardant products. It is applied for the fire protection of Category A and B cables (single and in bundles) of power, control, communication, and other cables with rubber, polymer, and polyethylene jackets, preventing ignition and the spread of combustion.
Under the influence of flame or thermal impact, the fire-retardant coating expands rapidly, forming a layer of foam with low thermal conductivity and high fire-retardant. The foam layer (polycoque) isolates the fire source and hinders the spread of combustion.
OPERATING CONDITIONS
Seals (belts) are intended for use outdoors and indoors under dry, normal, and humid conditions according to SNiP 23-02-2003.
Operation is permitted at air temperatures ranging from minus 50 to plus 65 degrees Celsius, with relative humidity up to 85%. Short-term contact (not exceeding 60 minutes) with water and aqueous solutions is also allowed (during testing of automatic fire extinguishing systems, wet cleaning, etc.).
The product's service life, when compliance with operating requirements is observed, is not less than 30 years.
STORAGE CONDITIONS
Store in the factory packaging in enclosed spaces with relative humidity not exceeding 70%; temperature is not regulated. Bags containing the product should be stored in a dry place at any temperature. It is recommended to store bags with the composition on pallets, ensuring they do not come into contact with the ground, walls, or any wet surface during storage. The storage period for the composition is 24 months when temperature and humidity requirements are met.
